For anything about a design, include a link to it: open it from My designs and copy the address, or make a share link from the studio. Say which category it is and, for file problems, which software and laser you use. A screenshot or photo saves a lot of back and forth.

Refunds follow our Refund policy: all sales are final, but faulty files are always fixed or refunded.
